From the ground up, and this means, from initial contact, Jim is the type of person you just have a good feeling about….He dealt with the town, the permits, the weather, etc. His subs are fantastic (Jamie can do anything). Jim answers calls, or calls you back in a timely manner. He doesn’t say one thing and mean another. When he says he will handle things, they get handled. I had a horrible experience prior to using Jim – which made me twice shy of engaging any contractor again. He’s a rare find in the contracting business. If I could clone him, I would.
