Colder Development/BCI are the masterminds behind our dream home. Built in 2019 with no detail overlooked, this home is as solid and well built as they come. When we first walked in, it was impossible to ignore the attention and care that went into every square inch of this place. An intelligent and smooth floor plan that maximizes every bit of space has proven to be the ideal place for us to take root and grow our young family. The large open kitchen and family room connect to an oversized deck, all with jaw dropping river and ocean views. Even prior to walking in we knew it would be amazing. The white exterior with black accents pops amongst the backdrop of the ocean and greenery and passers-by would agree. The driving by and stopping to take a photo or pay a compliment has become a regular occurrence. They were exceedingly patient and kind to us during the crazy purchase period that began at the start of COVID – and for that we will be eternally grateful.
